From balloon decorators to DJs, photographers, makeup artists, and venues, the search usually involves endless scrolling, asking for recommendations, or chasing down scattered Facebook marketplace posts.

This challenge inspired the creation of KARYAA — the UAE’s newest and most comprehensive event vendor directory, built to make event planning simple, fast, and reliable.

The Story Behind KARYAA

KARYAA was born from one simple observation:

There was no central, easy-to-use directory where people could find and compare event vendors in the UAE.

Every day, people were asking:

1. “Where can I find a budget-friendly balloon decorator in Dubai?”

2. “Any makeup artist available this weekend?”

3. “Who knows a good DJ for a party?”

Most answers were limited, expensive, or based on familiarity rather than quality. Small celebrations often became costly simply because people resorted to hiring full event planners when all they needed were a few services.

We saw the gap clearly—and decided to build a UAE event marketplace where users can easily search, compare, and book verified event vendors based on price, location, ratings, and packages.

KARYAA became the UAE’s first directory designed for all types of events, not just weddings.
